This course teaches you how to become a 21st century leader and how to improve your relationships with coworkers and colleagues in general. It provides a deeper insight into the way humans function in terms of biology (brain and emotions) and what different levels of functioning determine our life skills. You’ll get to know the different leadership styles in cognitive psychology. Through a series of interactive activities and practical workshops you’ll learn how to change your words so as to communicate in a non-violent way, how to teach others how to adjust their goals and expectations in life.

The numerous workshops will not only train your breath, voice and improve self expression, but they’ll also provide guidelines on how to read people’s behavior and identify hidden expressions and body language signals. You’ll learn about motivation what it is and how to determine what motivates your students.

The course focuses mainly on practical training in the ratio 80% practice and 20% theory. Classes are filled with case studies, moderated discussions, brainstorming and course exercises as well as games designed according to the theme of the course. Each participant gets a book created by the coach to complement the presented workshop. During the workshop, the Tutor uses multimedia presentations and additional training materials. The training is filled with icebreakers to provide participants with a relaxed atmosphere.

Moreover, the idea of this course is to give each participant the opportunity to work one-by-one with the Coach/ Tutor. This program is dedicated to both School Principals and Teachers, many of the issues presented during the course can be easily adapted to the curriculums in order to engage students and manage lesson time more effectively.
