This job shadowing is a type of training for VET Teachers that allows them to a get a deeper understanding of the Spanish business culture thanks to observing the day-to-day life of their host company(-ies). The special focus of the job shadowing is the Mediterranean management styles, structures, and business etiquette that you will likely encounter in Spain.
